Tummy Ease

Brew a cup of this blend of soothing herbs to help calm that stomach when it is unhappy or just because you feel like it.

Ingredients

Peppermint Leaves*, Ginger Root*, Lemon Balm Leaves*, Chamomile Flowers*

*Certified Organic Ingredient 

Directions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into an infuser or directly into a mug. Bring water to a boil, remove from the heat and pour 8-10 ounces over tea. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes then strain if necessary. Stir well, sweeten if desired and enjoy!

Tip: for a better experience, use fresh filtered water.
