Tummy Ease

Brew a cup of this blend of soothing herbs to help calm that stomach when it is unhappy or just because you feel like it.

Ingredients

Peppermint Leaves*, Ginger Root*, Lemon Balm Leaves*, Chamomile Flowers*

*Certified Organic Ingredient 

Directions

Bring water to a boil, remove from the heat and pour 8-10 ounces over 1.5 teaspoons of tea. Allow to steep for 4-6 minutes, stir well, sweeten if desired and enjoy!

Go ahead and give your tea a second brew.

Tip: for a better experience, use fresh filtered water.
