Ingredients

Lemon Balm*, Rosemary*, Holy Basil*, Ashwagandha*, Stevia Leaf*

Directions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into an infuser or directly into a mug. Bring water to a boil, remove from the heat and pour 8-10 ounces over tea. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes then strain if necessary. Stir well, sweeten if desired and enjoy!

Tip: for a better experience, use fresh filtered water.
