Shipping & Order FAQs

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We strive to ship orders as expeditiously as possible. Your order will ship within 2 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will be sure to communicate with you via the email address provided.

Q: What shipping service do you use and how long will my order take to reach me?

A: Your order will ship either via USPS or UPS. Both could take anywhere from 2-5 business days to deliver your order. However, please note that we have no control once the shipment has left our possession.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently only ship within the state of Maryland in the US.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?

A: Order cancellation is not currently an option via our website. However, if within one hour of placing your order, you decide to cancel, please send an email to help@deelightfullygood.com and we will attempt to cancel it. Please note there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel the order.

Q: I received the wrong product(s) or the products are damaged, what do I do?

A: Please reach out to us within 24 hours of order delivery by sending an email to help@deelightfullygood.com with a picture of your delivered items. We will provide further instructions.

Q: What if I don't receive my order?

A: Sometimes there are unexpected delays on the part of the shipping carrier. Please allow 2 extra business days, check with your landlord, concierge or building management (if applicable), in case someone received the package on your behalf. If the package never arrives, please send an email to help@deelightfullygood.com so that we can investigate and reprocess your order as necessary.

Please note that you are responsible for reviewing and confirming your mailing address at checkout. We will not be held liable for delivery issues due to an incorrect mailing address being provided.
